Contact us

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months to enable us to deal with your request and answer any follow-up questions you may have. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Web Analysis

Our website uses the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., based at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The service uses cookies, which enable it to analyse how the website is used by visitors. The information generated in this way is transferred to the Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent this by adjusting your browser settings to prevent cookies from being stored. We have concluded an appropriate contract data processing agreement with the provider. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our service and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that your location can only be roughly determined. Data processing is undertaken on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) of TKG and Art 6 (1)(a) (consent) and / or (f) (legitimate interest) of GDPR. Mouse-Tracking

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our services and our website. We therefore use Hotjar to improve our understanding of our users’ needs and to optimize the services provided by our website. Hotjar’s technology allows us to gain a better understanding of our users’ experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click, what they like and what not, etc.) and this helps us to adjust our offer in line with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies (see above) and other technologies to collect information about the behavior of our users and about their devices (in particular device IP addresses (recorded and stored only in anonymised form), screen size, type (Unique Device Identifiers), information about the browser used, location (country only), preferred language for displaying our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Data storage via our webshop

The following data is stored by us in order to process the your contract: title, first and last name, address, email address and data entered optionally by users (company name, address details, telephone number). The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or for the purpose of pre-contractual requirements. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the relevant bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations. If you cancel your purchase, any data stored by us will be deleted. In the event that a contract is concluded, all data relating to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period for tax purposes (7 years). The data name, address, goods purchased and date of purchase will also be stored until product liability expires (10 years). Data processing is undertaken on the basis of Section 96 (3) of TKG (Austrian Telecommunications Act) and Art 6 (1)(a) (consent) and / or (b) (necessary to fulfill the contract) of GDPR.

Registration and user account

Users of our web shop are given the option to create a user account. We provide users with the necessary information (mandatory and optional fields) about this during the registration process. We use the data entered by users in the course of registration to enable them to make use of our services: users may be emailed with information relevant to registration or to our services, for example regarding changes to the scope of services or technical updates. Where users cancel their user account, their data will be deleted from this account, with the exception of data that must be retained in order to comply with commercial or tax law in accordance with Art. 6 (1)(c) of GDPR. Users are responsible for backing up data if they cancel a contract before the termination date. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all user data stored during the term of the contract. On the basis both of our legitimate interests and of the interests of users in being protected against misuse or other unauthorized use of data, we store user IP addresses and the time of user activity whenever a user registers or logs in to their account. IP addresses are anonymized or deleted at the latest after 7 days. In principle we do not pass data on to third parties, with the exception of situations where we have to pursue a claim or where we are legally required to do so under Art. 6 (1)(c) of GDPR.

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In order to provide you with targeted information, we may also collect and process additional information provided voluntarily by users. In order to send you our newsletter, we need your email address and your declaration that you consent to receive it. Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will therefore send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. You may cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Google-Re/Marketing-Services

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our services and our website. We therefore use the marketing and remarketing services (“Google Marketing Services” for short) of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, (“Google”). Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus guarantees its compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active). Google Marketing Services enables us to display advertisements for and on our website in a targeted manner, in order to provide users only with advertisements that may reflect their interests. To do this, Google executes a code and uses so-called (re-) marketing tags, which enable an individual cookie to be stored on the user’s browser. For information on the use of cookies, see above. Google may also combine the information collected with information from other sources. If the user then visits other websites, they can be shown advertisements tailored to their interests. In addition, the IP address of the user is recorded via Google Analytics, but pseudonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that their location can only be generally identified. Ads are not managed and displayed for a specific individual, but for the cookie owner, regardless of who this is. This does not apply if a user has given Google express consent to process data without pseudonymization. Information collected by Google Marketing Services about users is transmitted to Google and stored on Google servers in the USA. User IP addresses will not be merged with user data within other Google services. The cookies set by us include cookies from the Google AdWords marketing service; we may display third-party advertisements on the basis of the Google marketing service AdSense and its cookies. We use our social media presence and platforms to communicate with users, interested parties and customers who are active there. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our services and the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
